At Castalian Springs there may yet be seen the remnant of one of these mounds which was formerly surrounded by a low wall or embankment enclosing a small acreage of land. On either tour, visitors will learn about the springs and salt lick, the Castalian Springs mound complex, the architecture of Wynnewood, the resort era, and the lives of the site’s inhabitants.
